1. Service description
DraftAI provides machine learning-powered fantasy football projections, rankings, draft tools, and analysis. The service uses statistical models trained on historical NFL data to generate player projections for entertainment and informational purposes.
2. No warranty on projections
All projections, rankings, and recommendations are generated by statistical models and are inherently probabilistic. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any projection or ranking. Fantasy football outcomes depend on many unpredictable factors including injuries, coaching decisions, and game circumstances.
This service is not financial advice. Do not use these projections as the sole basis for decisions involving real money.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the service
- Redistribute projections or rankings data commercially
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying models
- Use the service in any way that disrupts or degrades performance for other users
4. Accounts
If you create an account via Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We store your email address and name as provided by Google to identify your account.
5. Intellectual property
The models, algorithms, and presentation of data on this service are proprietary. NFL player names, team names, and statistics are used for informational purposes. Player performance data is sourced from publicly available NFL statistics.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall DraftAI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Reporting abuse and DMCA
